Expenses and your real net
Next to the payouts, Sweep keeps every cost of prop trading: evaluations, activations, resets, data and platform fees. A monthly evaluation stops counting when its account ends. Your real net is the payouts you received plus your live and personal P&L, minus your expenses; simulated profits on evaluation and funded accounts are never added in.
Start with your past payouts
When you start, Sweep asks since when you want to track your money: this month, since January or a date of your choice. It prefills what you bought from each firm with catalogue prices you can edit, then asks for the payouts you received, so your real net is right from day one.
