For guidance only. Every prop firm has its own rules, and they change: always check your firm’s current rules. Not financial advice.

How it works

With a trailing drawdown, your liquidation level follows your highest balance: it sits at that peak minus the maximum drawdown. It never moves down. Depending on the firm, the peak is measured during the day (intraday) or at the close (end of day), and the level often stops trailing once it reaches the starting balance.

Enter your peak according to your firm’s method: the intraday high for intraday trailing, the best closing balance for end-of-day.

What’s the difference between intraday and end-of-day trailing?

Intraday trailing moves with your open profit during the session, so a winning trade you give back can still raise your level. End-of-day trailing only moves with your closing balance.

Does Sweep track my drawdown automatically?

Yes. Each prop account in Sweep has its own drawdown rule, prefilled for guidance from your firm’s preset, and its status updates with every trade.

Let Sweep track this for you.

Sweep checks your risk on every trade, tracks your drawdown and consistency on every prop account, and tells you when you’re ready for the payout.
