Getting started

What is Sweep?

Sweep is a trading journal and performance system for futures traders. You log your trades, keep your rules, track your prop accounts, payouts and expenses, and Sweep turns it into insights about what works for you.

How do I start?

Create a free account with a username, an email and a password, add your first account and its rules, then log a trade. Your performance score appears after 10 trades.

Which contracts are supported?

NQ, MNQ, ES, MES, YM, MYM, RTY, M2K, CL, MCL, GC and MGC, each with its exact tick size and tick value for P&L, risk and points.

Does Sweep connect to my broker?

Not directly. You log trades in the ticket, or import them from a Tradovate Performance report (CSV). Re-importing never creates duplicates. There is no automatic broker sync today.

Is there a phone app?

Sweep runs in your browser and installs on your home screen like an app: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, or Install app in Chrome on Android. There is no App Store download.

Which languages are available?

English, French and Spanish. Sweep follows your browser’s language and you can change it in Settings. Dark or light follows your device.

Prop firms

Can I track several prop accounts?

Yes, as many as you want, across firms. Each account has its own rules: profit target, max drawdown type, daily loss limit, consistency and minimum trading days. The trade copier logs one decision on several accounts at once.

What happens when an account fails?

You close it and record the outcome: failed, passed or closed. Its full history stays in Sweep and in your filters, so the lessons stay too.

How do payouts and expenses work?

Log each payout with its status (planned, requested, approved, paid or rejected) and each cost: evaluations, activations, resets, data and platform fees. Sweep shows your net realized income: payouts minus expenses.

Is Sweep connected to a prop firm?

No. Sweep is independent and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any firm.

Your data

Is my data private?

Yes. Each trader sees only their own data. Even the administrator page shows only usernames and usage, never trades or notes. There are no ads, no analytics and no trackers, and your data is never sold.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Settings → Export all data downloads every account, trade, journal, payout, expense and setting as a JSON file. Screenshots are not included in the export.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Settings → Delete my account removes your account and all its data, screenshots included, immediately. You can also ask us at hello@makeitsweep.com.

I forgot my password.

Use “Forgot password?” on the log-in screen. You’ll get an email with a link that works once, for one hour. You can also set a personal recovery code as a backup.

Pricing

How much does Sweep cost?

Sweep is free during early access, with every feature included and no credit card. There is no payment step in the app today.

What is VIP pricing?

When Sweep officially launches with paid plans, everyone who joined during early access gets a VIP discount. We’ll announce pricing before anything changes, and nothing is ever charged without your consent.

Product

Does Sweep give trade signals or advice?

No. Sweep shows your own data so you can make better decisions. No signals, no trade ideas, no AI predictions.

Are there candles on the trade chart?

Not yet. The chart shows your entry, stop, target and exit, the risk and reward zones, your executions and the news on the time axis. Candles need a market-data feed that isn’t connected yet. You can attach your own screenshots to every trade.

What’s in the economic calendar?

High and medium impact U.S. events in Eastern Time, built from the BLS and Federal Reserve schedules for 2026 and 2027, with explainers for 19 major indicators. Every trade is linked to the events around it.

Are there limits?

Each trader can store up to 200 MB of screenshots and 50,000 records, which is years of active trading for most people.

Start your record today.

Free during early access. Members who join now get VIP pricing at launch.
